Dog Sitting & Boarding Services

Why Choose Paw Trotters for Boarding?

If you want the comfort of knowing your dog will be:

* in good hands with a patient, loving and experienced dog handler pretty much 24/7, who's had seven years of relevant real life, hands on experience with managing a group/pack of dogs in a home and park setting.

* comfortable in a REAL home setting (as opposed to an industrial style kennel setting with a large number of dogs at the facility)

* in good company with a small number of other well behaved dogs (5 other dogs max, except for few days if overlapping start/end dates occur)

* and will receive offleash walks daily,

then The DOG NANNY Edmonton (formerly Paw Trotters) is for you!

Your dog will be with a human pretty much 24/7, with the exception of the odd errand run that we may have to make. Our home facility is fully fenced and dogs are free to roam the backyard  and basement of our home.

● Dogs must be older than 1 years old, house trained, non-aggressive, non-reactive and get along with other dogs.

● Dogs must be spayed or neutered (acceptions can be made for calm, gentle, well mannered and well - demeanored dogs)

● A meet and greet is required for new clients to make sure it is a good fit for everyone!

● Maximum of 5 guest dogs at the during their stay (with the exception of the odd days where  there may be overlapping start/end dates/times).

FOR NEW CLIENTS, I accept dogs 2 years and older and UNDER 50 pounds for safety handling reasons from here onward.

All new clients are asked to set up a Meet and Greet.

The Meet and Greet is free of charge and will give you and your pooch a chance to check out my place and yard and meet my dog Jasper (and any other dogs currently boarding with us). This will give us a chance to see if it's a good fit for everyone all around.

I take in a maximum of 5 dogs, along with Jasper (my 12 year old Bichon/Shitzu/ Retriever/Lab cross), making a pack of six at the most. However, during busy periods, due to overlap of start and end times/dates between dogs, there may be 6-7 for an overlapping day or two.   (Thank you for your understanding)

Pick up or Drop off may be available for dogs boarding with us if it can be done during and along our daily park routes for $10-$20 depending on distance.
